With more than 30 years of experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury law, Attorney Devereux has shown time and again that he can get positive results for his injured clients. Focusing his legal practice on product liability, construction site injuries, truck accidents, and other catastrophic personal injuries, he has successfully litigated cases in both the Indiana and Colorado Supreme Courts. He is also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, and is licensed to practice before that Court.
Attorney Devereux is also a regular contributor in many esteemed legal circles, and he is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). A frequent speaker and lecturer, he is dedicated to helping the legal community by sharing his experiences and academic scholarship. He has also served in multiple high-ranking roles for the Indianapolis Bar Association and its Executive Committee for the Litigation Section.
