What Is The National Trial Lawyers Top 100?
The National Trial Lawyers is an exclusive, invitation-only legal organization
that admits a small number of lawyers throughout the United States every
year. The Top 100 provides its members with advocacy training and high-quality
education and networking opportunities. It aims to provide trial lawyers
with the resources they need to fight for justice to the very best of
their ability.
To gain membership, premier trial lawyers from each state/region undergo
a multi-part selection process composed of peer nominations and objective
research. Trial lawyers who evidence the highest standards of leadership,
influence, and stature, among other criteria aligned with their state
bar association and national statutes are invited to the group. Both civil
plaintiff and criminal defense trial lawyers qualify for consideration.
Attorney Stephanie Cassman’s Career and Legacy
Born and raised in Indiana, Attorney Cassman is deeply devoted to uplifting
her community and finds this to be one of the most rewarding aspects of
her career at Wagner Reese. She understands the importance of delving
into the details of each client’s case and aggressively fighting
for them against negligent parties.
Throughout her many, many years of legal work, Attorney Cassman has remained
committed to only representing victims in civil rights, personal injury,
and wrongful death lawsuits because she prioritizes the pursuit of justice
above all else. This noble endeavor has earned her myriad awards, including
the Indiana Defense Lawyer of the Year award in 2015. In addition, she
has been recognized by Super Lawyers® for more than a decade in Indiana
Super Lawyers®, from 2016 to 2018 in Top 50: Indiana Super Lawyers®,
and every single year from 2016 to 2020 in Top 25: Women Indiana Super
Lawyers®.
On top of that, Attorney Cassman was deemed a Distinguished Fellow of the
Indianapolis Bar Foundation. She is also a faculty member of the Trial
Advocacy Skills College, where she lectures on trial advocacy and jury
selection. In 2011, she served as the Chair of the Litigation Section
of the Indianapolis Bar Association; in 2015, she was the Vice President
on its Board of Directors. She remains an active member to this day.
