As with the other awards given by The National Trial Lawyers, selection to this exclusive group signifies that an attorney has consistently surpassed standards of excellence within their practice area.
To be considered for the Top 25 Brain Injury Trial Lawyers, an attorney must meet the following criteria:
- Have an outstanding reputation among judges, peers, clients, and the greater public
- Achievements as a specialist in brain injury claims
- Receive several nominations from the Executive Committee, leading lawyers, and current members of The National Trial Lawyers
