A division of The National Trial Lawyers, the BITLA is an invitation-only professional organization that honors the top 25 brain injury lawyers in every state throughout the country. As with the other awards given by The National Trial Lawyers, selection to this exclusive group signifies that an attorney has consistently surpassed standards of excellence within their practice area.
To be considered for the Top 25 Brain Injury Trial Lawyers, an attorney must meet the following criteria:
- Have an outstanding reputation among judges, peers, clients, and the greater public
- Achievements as a specialist in brain injury claims
- Receive several nominations from the Executive Committee, leading lawyers, and current members of The National Trial Lawyers
Dedicated to fighting for victims of brain injury, birth injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice, Attorney Reese has successfully resolved many cases in these areas, winning record settlements and verdicts of seven figures and above. In the past, he has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers, which is a distinguished honor that very few attorneys can claim.
Recognized by many other legal ranking organizations over the years, Attorney Reese has been included in the Top 50 Indiana Lawyers list by Super Lawyers® since 2016 and was named by the Indianapolis Business Journal’s to its “Forty Under 40” list in 2005. In 2019, he received the Leadership in Law Distinguished Barrister Award, setting him apart as one of the leading 15 attorneys in the entire state of Indiana who have received that award. Attorney Reese is also extremely active as a current or past board member of many legal and community organizations, such as the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, EDGE Mentoring, Grace Care Center Foundation and Center Point Counseling.
On behalf of our team at Wagner Reese, we’d like to congratulate Attorney Reese for this significant achievement. Our firm will continue to pursue justice and seek maximum recovery for brain injury victims throughout Indiana and beyond.
