Chief Marketing Officer
Samantha Sears is an experienced marketing and new business executive at Wagner Reese. As Chief Marketing Officer, Samantha leads the new business team, whose responsibilities include obtaining and cultivating incoming business relationships with prospective clients, attorneys, law firms, and businesses alike. Samantha also guides decisions for strategic growth of the firm. She manages online marketing, social media, media outreach, and branding.
Samantha cherishes the opportunity to serve prospective Wagner Reese clients to the fullest extent. She has a passion for investigating potential claims and helping valued clients navigate obtaining representation during their greatest times of need. As well as assisting potential clients, Samantha thoroughly enjoys building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and outside marketing teams. She pays close attention to the ever-changing marketing trends while offering improvements and ideas that aid in satisfying customer needs and cultivating internal development, as well as increasing marketing efforts in a detailed and proficient manner.
Samantha obtained a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law studies from Indiana University-Kokomo. Outside the office, Samantha enjoys spending her time outdoors in Wabash, Indiana, with her husband, Joshua and her daughter, Kai.
