Late on Sunday evening, an SUV struck a pickup truck outside of Stilesville in Hendricks County. The SUV, driven by Robin Lynn of Indianapolis, failed to stop at a stop sign on Tudor Road and ran into the truck at the intersection with County Road 350W.

Lynn, aged 30, was taken to Methodist Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Her passenger, Johnathon Walden, 35, of Plainfield was pronounced dead at the scene, as was the driver of the pickup truck, 35-year-old Joseph Iliff of Stilesville.

The crash is still under investigation, but authorities believe drugs or alcohol were a significant contributing cause to the accident. Criminal charges have not been filed.
