Late on Sunday evening, an SUV struck a pickup truck outside of Stilesvillein Hendricks County. The SUV, driven by Robin Lynn of Indianapolis, failedto stop at a stop sign on Tudor Road and ran into the truck at the intersectionwith County Road 350W.
Lynn, aged 30, was taken toMethodist Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Her passenger, Johnathon Walden, 35,of Plainfield was pronounced dead at the scene, as was the driver of thepickup truck, 35-year-old Joseph Iliff of Stilesville.
The crash is still under investigation, but authorities believe drugs oralcohol were a significant contributing cause to the accident. Criminalcharges have not been filed.
