Why Hire an Indianapolis Injury Lawyer?

Wagner Reese is a top-rated Indianapolis law firm that represents seriously injured Hoosiers throughout the entire state, and we believe having a downtown office in Indiana’s capital city serves as an important asset to our clients’ cases.

With nearly 900,000 residents, Indianapolis is far and away the state’s most populated city. The number of personal injury-related incidents that happen in and around our city occur by the dozens each and every day. And while the hazards of personal injury remain an unfortunate bi-product of living in a heavily populated urban area, it also provides a larger number of options to victims, including:

  • Multiple state-of-the-art hospitals
  • Renowned doctors and health specialists
  • Expert witnesses
  • Trusted first-responders and law enforcement
  • Victim advocacy services
  • Experienced lawyers

Our history of working personal injury cases in a densely populated city like Indianapolis has exposed us to a wide variety of injury case types, and this has also helped us to build a working relationship with various health practitioners, experts and law enforcement officials that may not be as prevalent in smaller cities throughout Indiana.

“Our Indianapolis office provides convenience for our clients and closer proximity to all of the city’s valuable resources.” – Jason Reese

Simply put, Indianapolis is home to more people, more accidents, and more experience. Wagner Reese recognizes this fact, and it was the primary reason we have an office location in downtown Indianapolis that is available to all of our clients by phone and appointment.

Wagner Reese’s Indianapolis’s Office Location

Our downtown office is located in the Capital Center at 201 N Illinois St on the 16th Floor of the south tower. (The north tower is the Fifth Third Bank.)

Visitors can either park in front of the building at a pay meter, or they can use one of two parking garages that are located on either side of the block. We will reimburse you any parking costs for the time dedicated to your consultation/meeting.

Indianapolis Case Types Wagner Reese Handles

Our single focus is helping people throughout Indiana with their personal injury claims. The majority of case types we help Indianapolis residents with include:

No matter the type or size of your accident, we offer every caller a free consultation. This allows you and/or your family the time to review all of your questions with our attorneys (we should do a blog about questions to ask your injury attorney) and ensure your potential claim is not at risk.

Additionally, there is NO RISK to hiring Wagner Reese. We require no upfront fees and the only way our firm receives payment is after we make a recovery on your behalf.

Indianapolis Car Accident Case Example

The following case example involves a former Wagner Reese client who contacted us after having been struck by an adverse driver who was cited for failure to yield.

According to the accident report filed by the investigating IMPD officer, the adverse driver had been traveling south on Mollenkopf Road when they approached a stop sign that intersected at Fall Creek Road. The adverse stated as they attempted to turn right onto Fall Creek Road they were struck by our client.

The report goes on to state that our client was traveling southbound on Fall Creek Road when the defendant pulled out in front of her, failing to yield the right of way. Our client had no time to stop and a significant collision occurred.

Wagner Reese was also able to confirm these events with a witness to further corroborate our client’s story.

As a result of the accident, our client suffered serious injuries, including fractures and dislocations to areas involving her knee, lower leg and foot.

Her injuries required emergency medical treatment at Methodist Hospital in downtown Indianapolis as well as a lengthy rehabilitation program at various health facilities throughout the city.

During the course of her case, we monitored her ongoing treatment; ensured all of the appropriate medical records and bills were collected from each of the various providers; waited for her to be officially released by her doctors; and then sent a demand to that at-fault driver’s insurance company, ultimately meeting our client’s authority for settlement.

Most Dangerous Intersections in Indianapolis

Similar to the accident listed above, Wagner Reese has handled a large number of significant injury cases that occurred at one of Indianapolis’s intersections. Unfortunately, our city has a large number of intersections where accidents occur with alarming frequency.

To help better understand why certain crossroads are especially dangerous, IMPD maintains a database that pinpoints every reported vehicle crash that occurs in Indianapolis, including the city’s most dangerous intersections.

To view a list of these intersections, and learn the most common causes of these accidents, please visit Wagner Reese’s intersection-related crashes page.

Hi, I’m Jason Reese, partner with Wagner Reese law firm here in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our firm handles personal injury cases throughout the state of Indiana with an office in downtown Indianapolis. We handle cases like auto accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability; we also help people with wrongful death and medical malpractice cases throughout the state of Indiana.

Two of the most common questions we hear at our Indianapolis personal injury law firm are, number one, “Is my case going to go to court?” And number two, “What’s it going to cost me if I hire your law firm?”

Well the first question is not so easy. Your case might have to go to court, but there’s a good chance with our firm that has over twenty years of experience is going to position your case to convince the insurance company to resolve it without even having to file a lawsuit, and very, very likely not actually having to go through the expense of a jury trial.

The second question about fees and expenses is simple. If we don’t recover for you, you don’t owe us a penny. There’s no expenses charged to you. We advance all expenses on your behalf. We show you an itemization along the way; we make sure that our clients don’t owe us a penny unless we win, because we work on a contingency fee,  a percentage of what we recover for you.

Call us. Our Indianapolis personal injury law firm can help people all over the state of Indiana. Thanks for your time.
