Attorney Tim Karns, a Partner at Wagner Reese, will provide a presentation entitled “The Tactical Discussion of Damages at Trial: Tips for Winning Over the Judge and/or Jury” at a National Business Institute (NBI) two-day seminar.

The seminar, “Civil Trial: Everything You Need to Know,” will consist of two full days of courses for attorneys and paralegals. Advertised as for “plaintiff or defense, seasoned or aspiring” lawyers, the seminar will be an all-inclusive educational program where legal professionals can improve their trial skills and knowledge of in-court proceedings. Event attendees will earn 12 continuing legal education (CLE) credits for participating. Attorney Karns will be joined by several other presenting lawyers from around the state of Indiana, who will offer courses such as “When and How to Present Exhibits and Witness Lists,” “Influential Opening Statements That Make an Impact,” “Examining Experts,” and many more! The event will be held at the Holiday Inn by the Indianapolis Airport on Tuesday, August 27th and Wednesday, August 28th.
