Woman Killed in Two-Car Accident in Avon
Thursday night, 26-year-old Lisa Strueh was killed when her vehicle was hit by another car at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Parkway and County Road 100 South. 19-year-old Iqpal Kandhola and a passenger were traveling south on Ronald Reagan Parkway when their vehicle struck Strueh’s car as she drove on County Road 100 South.
Strueh, an Avon resident, died at Methodist Hospital. Kandhola and his passenger, both of whom are cooperating with the ongoing investigation, were treated for minor injuries and released. The accident occurred just before 9 pm just northwest of the Indianapolis International Airport. We will be following this tragedy as further information becomes available.
