- ·Freddie Gray was arrested on a weapons charge in a high-crime area of Baltimore, Maryland. Police reported that Gray “gave up without the use of force”, although court documents and attorney statements allege that Gray fled the scene after Baltimore Police Officer Garrett Miller discovered a switchblade on his person.
