IndyGo Bus & SUV Crash Cause Severe Injuries
Monday afternoon resulted in a life-altering tragedy for four Indianapolis residents. Around 3pm on Monday afternoon, authorities received a report that an IndyGo bus had been in an accident at 34th Street and Lesley Avenue.
There was a 26-year-old woman driving the SUV, and she had a 16-year-old passenger with her. Both of them had to be extracted from the SUV, and they remain in critical condition. The driver of the bus remains in serious condition at IU Health Methodist Hospital, and a 46-year-old passenger on the bus was taken to Eskenazi Health, but she only sustained minor injuries.
