Fountain County Man Killed in Farming Accident
An unidentified man was killed last Wednesday when he was accidentally sucked into a farming grain bin in Fountain County, IN.
Fire crews from Attica and Veedersburg, as well as the Fountain County Sheriff’s Department all arrived at the scene in order to attempt a rescue.
It appears that the man was sucked into the bin in the early morning hours of Wednesday, and crews worked until late afternoon to retrieve him, and even though they were successful in recovering the body, he was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of injuries sustained and a supposed lack of oxygen.
