Class Action Lawsuit - St. Vincent Women's Hospital
The Indianapolis personal injury attorneys of Wagner Reese are filing a class action lawsuit on behalf of two current clients and numerous other women who were all victims of the same shocking medical errors at a well-known Indianapolis hospital.
St. Vincent Women’s Hospital used non-dissolvable sutures for hysterectomy procedures. In some cases, patients went 6 to 9 months, even 2 years without knowing these sutures were the cause of problems post-hysterectomy.
On Tuesday, November 13th at 10pm and 11pm as Wagner Reese, LLP partner Jason Reese discusses with WISH-TV’s Karen Hensel the filing of this class action lawsuit. WISH-TV is the Indianapolis CBS affiliate and can be viewed on Channel 8.
