As part of a personal injury firm serving Indianapolis residents, our lawyers
have deep roots in the local community – and we’re committed
to helping out those in need whenever we can. Last month, we shared that
we would be
participating in the 2019 March Against Hunger competition, with the goal of raising money and resources for local food banks.
Today, we’re pleased to report that Wagner Reese employees donated
more than 320 total pounds of food to
Gleaners Food Bank in Indianapolis, as well as a significant cash contribution to accompany
the donation. All 100% of our staff members and firm attorneys participated
in this competition, and we are grateful for the outpouring of care and
compassionate service shown by our entire team!
For 11 years now, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General and the Indiana
State Bar Association has hosted the
March Against Hunger, encouraging law firms to raise money for the food-insecure in our state.
By raising thousands in cash contributions and non-perishable grocery
items each year, this friendly competition has helped to ensure greater
food security for all Hoosiers.
About Gleaners Food Bank

to leading the fight against hunger, and ensuring that no human being
ever has to make a decision between food and other crucial expenses. By
working with more than 210 partner agencies across multiple Indiana counties, Gleaners Food Bank is able to provide direct food services and outreach programs to help the hungry.
Although the competition is over, you can still pitch in to stop hunger.
